Job Description / Responsibility
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, PABX and IP PBX, LAN Infrastructure, PA System, Fire Detection System etc.
- Installation of printers and scanners in network and local.
- Preventive maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, PABX and IP PBX, LAN Infrastructure, PA System, Fire Detection in business locations.
- Travel to the business locations of the customers to maintain and develop good customer relations.
- Working directly under the CEO, responsible for planning, preparing and implementing brand and communication strategies and objectives.
- Co-ordinate with high officials for any issue related to sales and service.
- Side visit & make offer for Customer.
- To monitor manpower utilization and ensure maximum productivity.
- To supervise/monitor all activities of engineering team as Engineering In-charge.
- Monitoring machine Module.
- Giving quick solution about various types of problems regarding CCTV, Access Control, PABX and IP PBX, LAN Infrastructure, PA System, Fire Detection.
- Making Different types of daily, Weekly & monthly reports.
- Managing the shift schedules for others team members.
- Prepare report as required by management.
- Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
- Develop and simultaneously create the company`s brand image.

Educational Requirements
- Diploma / BSc in EEE, CSE
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 03 years’ service experience with minimum 01 years as Manager in any Well-known Company
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years

- Should be smart, energetic, deadline oriented & willing to work under pressure.
- Must have good troubleshoot knowledge on Computer, CCTV Camera.
- Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should have positive attitude.
