Job Description / Responsibility

Contract Manufacturing Compliance
Manage and maintain accurate receive of RM and dispatch of FG from the Factory premises issue of all materials and ensure .
Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
Maintain VAT Register book, Monthly Return submission, VAT-Challan and Transport.
Coordinate with production, merchandising and accounts departments to ensure smooth functioning of all activities.
Ensure proper management of identifying & segregation of damaged/rejected/redundant/non-moving or unusable stock as per company policy.
Prepare monthly stock report and send it to the concern department.
Follow up store Audit.
Follow-up and ensure that delivery is properly done.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline .

Experience Requirements

Minimum (2-5) years

Additional Job Requirements

Must be Microsoft Excel, Word, Ms Power point.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Should have positive attitude.
