Job Description / Responsibility

Role summary
We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack ERP Engineer to own development of Group's in-house ERP. The ERP is a Next.js + SQL Server web application that runs procurement, inventory, production costing, sales and accounts for 4 group companies. It is also planned for commercial SaaS release.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build and maintain ERP modules end to end: React pages, Next.js API routes and SQL Server stored procedures.
Write and tune T-SQL: stored procedures, triggers, views, indexes and query plans for large voucher and stock tables.
Keep inventory and accounts in step: every store transaction (MRR, issue, production, transfer, return, damage) must post the correct voucher to the right ledger.
Investigate and fix trial balance and stock mismatches; write safe, reviewed data-fix scripts with backups and rollback.
Build and maintain production costing: BOM cost, semi-FG roll-up, overhead allocation, rejection/by-product valuation and COGS.
Build financial and operational reports (TB, party statements, COGS detail, daily production, stock summaries) with Excel and PDF export.
Extend multi-company support: company-scoped data, per-user company and module permissions, role-based menus.
Maintain integrations: PHP sales-force API, SMS notification queue, and the Android app wrapper.
Deploy and support production on Windows Server (Node, PM2, IIS/HTTPS), including monitoring, backups and incident response.
Work directly with Accounts, Store, Production and Sales users to turn business rules into working features; document decisions.
Prepare the codebase for SaaS: clean module boundaries, configuration over hard-coding, version control and release discipline.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Software engineer

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
