Job Description / Responsibility

Product Development & Innovation: Lead footwear product development from concept to commercialization, ensuring designs align with market trends, customer requirements, target costs, and company strategy.
Customer Requirements & Product Customization: Coordinate with customers to understand product specifications, materials, designs, pricing, and quality expectations, ensuring accurate product development and sample approval.
Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and achieve sales targets through effective product positioning and customer-focused solutions.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with design, merchandising, sourcing, production, and quality teams to ensure sample development, costing, material availability, production feasibility, and timely order execution.
Product Performance & Profitability: Monitor product development timelines, sample approval rates, order conversion, sales performance, and product profitability to drive innovation, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
