Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
We are seeking a result-driven Direct Sales Officer based in our Dhaka Head Office. The candidate will drive revenue by closing high-ticket real estate sales across Dhaka and regional growth hubs in Bangladesh.
Workplace: Work at office / On-field (Head Office, Dhaka with site visits across BD)
Job Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face meetings, present floor plans/3D layouts, and lead guided physical site visits for prospective real estate buyers.
Negotiate commercial terms, structure installment plans, and collect booking payments in alignment with company policies.
Build and manage strong relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), corporate accounts, Non-Resident Bangladeshis (NRBs), and real estate brokers.

Educational Requirements

Academic qualifications are important; however, preference may be given to candidates who demonstrate relevant experience, practical skills, and proven ability to perform the responsibilities of the position.
Candidates with strong professional experience and the right competencies are encouraged to apply, even if their academic qualifications do not fully match the stated requirements.

Experience Requirements

8 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 40 years
Only Male
Proven track record in Bangladeshi Real Estate, Construction, or B2B Sales.
Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
Ability to read architectural floor plans, land structural agreements.
Willingness to travel to district project sites across Bangladesh when required (TA/DA provided).
