Job Context
MacroHealthPlus Software Pty Ltd. is an Australian-based software company operating in Bangladesh. The company provides modern technology-driven software and digital healthcare management solutions for the healthcare sector.
To expand business operations, acquire new clients, increase software sales, and ensure successful software implementation at client organizations, we are looking for an experienced, energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Executive/Manager, Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the marketing and sales of healthcare-related software solutions, including Hospital Management Systems (HMS), Clinic Management Systems, Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Pharmacy Management Systems, and other related solutions.
Conduct software demonstrations, presentations, and proposal submissions to prospective clients, and follow up regularly to drive sales forward.
Coordinate with the Implementation, Technical, Software Development, and Customer Support teams to facilitate the successful implementation of software at client organizations.
Assist with onboarding new clients, software configuration, user training, and post-implementation follow-up activities.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular sales reports and progress updates.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
A Minimum Bachelor`s Degree from any recognized university.

Additional Job Requirements

Experience working in a healthcare IT organization or software company will be given preference.
