About SyncroTech IT
SyncroTech IT is a growing software development company specializing in custom web-based applications, ERP solutions, business automation, mobile applications, and digital technology solutions.
We are looking for skilled, motivated, and innovative Contractual Web Developers (Frontend / Backend / Full Stack) who have strong programming skills and practical knowledge of AI-assisted software development.
The selected candidates will work on software development projects under fixed-term, freelance, or project-based agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain modern websites and web-based applications.
Develop frontend, backend, or full-stack solutions based on project requirements.
Work on ERP, HRM, CRM, inventory, accounting, payroll, and other business management software.
Develop secure, scalable, responsive, and user-friendly applications.
Design and integrate REST APIs, databases, and third-party services.
Identify bugs, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers.
Prepare technical documentation and maintain clean, reusable code.
Complete assigned projects within agreed timelines.
Use AI-powered development tools to improve coding efficiency, debugging, testing, and software delivery.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CSE, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.

Additional Job Requirements

Preference will be given to candidates who can independently develop complete web applications using modern frameworks and AI-assisted development tools.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
Skilled self-taught developers are also encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in web application development is preferred.
Experience developing ERP or business management software will be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
A portfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating previous work is highly desirable.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend Development
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
Responsive UI/UX implementation
Backend Development
PHP, Laravel, Node.js, Python, or other modern backend frameworks
REST API development and integration
Authentication, authorization, and application security
Database Management
MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB
Database design, optimization, and management
Development Tools
Git and GitHub
VS Code or similar IDEs
Deployment, hosting, and server management fundamentals
AI-Based Development Knowledge (Important)
Candidates should have good practical knowledge of AI-assisted software development, including:
Experience using AI coding assistants such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar tools.
Ability to use AI tools for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
Understanding of prompt engineering for software development.
Experience integrating AI APIs, chatbots, or AI-powered features into web applications will be an advantage.
Ability to review, test, and validate AI-generated code before implementation.
Knowledge of AI-assisted development workflows to improve productivity and project delivery.
