Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Executive – Business Development for our Real Estate operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining client relationships, and exploring business opportunities. The candidate must possess a unique blend of corporate B2B, Sales skills real estate asset literacy and local market intelligence and high stake negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new sales leads for real estate projects.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and investors.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
Prepare business proposals, agreements, and follow-up documentation.
Coordinate with marketing and project teams for smooth execution.
Maintain proper database of clients and sales reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
Sourcing land & JV opportunities.
Liaison with RAJUK/CDA.
Market research & complete tracking.
Information gathering & documents collections.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
1 to 3 years of direct sales or marketing experience within the real estate and property development landscape.
Strong emotional intelligence and empathy; resilient in managing rejection;
Experienced in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder collaboration (internal & external).
