Job Description / Responsibility

Trainer of Etabs, Staad Pro, Revit, Tekla, Civil 3D, PLC & Automation, Motor Controlling, Microcontroller & Robotics, Japanese Language )
Conduct interactive, practical-oriented training sessions (Online / Offline / Hybrid).
Prepare class modules, course outlines, assignments, and real-world project work.
Guide students through practical problem-solving and industry-standard workflows.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Keep course curriculum updated according to current industry trends and technologies.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
B.Sc. in Civil / Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)/ Mechatronics/ Robotics / Japanese Language or relevant discipline from a reputed university preferably from BUET/ MIST/ RUET/ CUET/ KUET/ SUST/ DUET/ DU. (Diploma engineers with exceptional industrial & Training experience are also encouraged to apply).

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

Additional Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of practical hands-on experience in the respective field or industry.
Having experience in Software training like Etabs, Staad Pro, Revit, Tekla, Civil 3D, PLC & Automation, Motor Controlling, Microcontroller & Robotics, Japanese Language )
Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or academic lecturer will be an added advantage.
Deep knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and real-world project execution.
Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
