Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
Our company is one of the leading companies in Bangladesh having world class garments manufacturing facilities supplying wide range of world class ready-made garments for internationally reputed buyers in the U.S.A, Canada, Europe, Japan etc. is looking for dynamic and highly potential for the above-mentioned position.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth in the knit garments segment.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our customer base.
Oversee the merchandising process from product development to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution of orders while meeting quality standards.
Manage the distribution network, including logistics, inventory management, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
Develop the product for sales on the assigned account.
Maintain regular communication with PP, MM and commercial.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or Business Administration..

Experience Requirements

05 to 07 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments.
