Service Engineer (DR, X-ray, Mammography & OPG)

Job Description / Responsibility

Install, commission, and test DR, X-ray, mammography, and OPG systems at customer sites.
Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs on schedule.
Diagnose faults in generators, detectors, tube assemblies, and imaging software, and replace parts.
Run calibration and image quality checks after every repair or installation.
Complete a service report for every visit and hand it over to the service team.
Train hospital staff on basic operation and daily care, and travel to customer sites as required.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Electronics, Biomedical, or Electro Medical Engineering.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience servicing DR, X-ray, mammography, or OPG equipment.

Additional Job Requirements

Sound knowledge of radiation safety and fault finding at module level.
Computer literacy is essential. Able to read English service manuals.
Willing to travel and respond to urgent service calls.
