Customer Support Executive (Female)

Job Description / Responsibility

Handle customer calls, emails, and messages about products, pricing, and service.
Register complaints and service requests, and pass them to the service team without delay.
Follow up until the issue is resolved and the customer is informed.
Call customers after each service visit to collect feedback.
Keep the customer database and call log accurate and up to date.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the right person.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or front desk work.

Additional Job Requirements

Good command of Bangla and English, written and spoken.
Computer literacy, including MS Office. Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
Polite, patient, and comfortable handling upset customers.
