Service Coordinator (Female)

Job Description / Responsibility

Receive service requests from hospitals and clinics, and log each one in the service tracker.
Schedule engineer visits and follow every job through to closure.
Coordinate spare parts requests with the store and procurement team.
Maintain accurate installation, warranty, and service contract records.
Keep customers updated and escalate delays to the service manager.
Prepare weekly service reports for management.

Educational Requirements

Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A diploma or degree in engineering is a plus.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination, preferably with medical or technical equipment.

Additional Job Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Well organized, with strong follow-up and communication skills.
Able to stay calm and prioritize when several urgent requests come in together.
