Job Description / Responsibility

JSK Group is a diversified and rapidly growing business group operating across multiple sectors including Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers, Transport, Brokerage House, Travel Agency.
To strengthen this Sector, the company is seeking an experienced and competent Legal Advisor to oversee all legal guidance, risk management, and regulatory compliance support to our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management: Draft, review, edit, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and internal policies.
Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in local and national legislation to ensure the organization stays compliant with applicable laws.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential legal exposures in business operations and formulate preventive strategies or settlement solutions.
Legal Advisory: Provide written legal opinions, briefing documents, and consultations to executive management and various internal departments.
Dispute Resolution: Assist in managing administrative disputes, claims, or litigations, and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
Corporate Governance: Support board meetings, maintain corporate records, and handle shareholder or regulatory inquiries.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Group of Companies, Hospital, Manpower Recruitment, Share Brokerage/ Securities House, Transport Service

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 21 years
Only Male
Active bar admission or a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
At Least 5 years of experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, or in-house legal advisory.
Ability to interpret complex statutes, case law, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong verbal and written skills to translate complicated legal jargon into clear, actionable advice for non-legal stakeholders.
High precision in reviewing fine print, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Sound ethical judgment and decision-making capabilities under tight deadlines or crisis situations.
