Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct legal due diligence and provide legal opinions on land acquisition for real estate projects.
Handle land title verification, land records, mutation, land disputes, and miscellaneous cases before land offices and relevant authorities.
Manage criminal cases and labour disputes, including proceedings before Labour Courts and other competent authorities.
Coordinate with the Group’s panel lawyers in conducting civil, criminal, land-related, and labour litigation.
Draft and review legal notices, pleadings, agreements, deeds, and other legal documents.
Advise Management on legal risks, litigation strategy, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.

Educational Requirements

L.L.B. (Honours)/L.L.M. from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years

Age At most 45 years
Only Male
Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience with substantial expertise in real estate, land-related legal matters, criminal law and Bangladesh labour law.
Strong knowledge of land laws, real estate regulations, criminal law, and Bangladesh labour law; excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and litigation management skills; and proven ability to liaise effectively with courts, government offices and external counsel.
