Job Description / Responsibility
- Bring support for fulfillment of the environmental, occupational health and safety programs, through the registration of information, execution and follow-up of preventive and corrective actions derived from the inspections in the workplace.
- Plans, organizes, and participates in developing and implementing a comprehensive employee health and safety program, including industrial safety, occupational health and safety.
- Monitor compliance with all the goals and objectives occupational health and safety and provide the head of EHS complete and updated information.
- Ensure all ISO 45001 requirements are up to date as Trainings, Risk assessment & others.
- Comply and ensure all ISO 14001 requirements Trainings, legal documents & others.
- Effective management Enablon parameters, timely managing the information to be entered, keeping records sorted for proper traceability sending validation parameters within the stipulated time.
- Providing support in the process of updating the database incident management system.
- Provide support in monitoring the action plans of corporate and external audits (ISO 9007: 2008, ISO 14001: 2007, ISO 45001: 2015 CSR fire department, health secretary, Ministry of Labor.
- It provides the necessary support for adequate research, recording and monitoring incidents-accidents.
- Timely coordination of HS (Program itself, programming officers, monitoring) with timely corrections findings (when applicable), clear presentation of the same and timely delivery of results, in addition to presenting the findings to those responsible for each area.
- Prepares or advises on the development of specifications for the purchase of safety equipment.
- Prepare, follow-up yearly EHS Budget from all region site.
- Ensure that all Environment & Health, Safety policies, procedures, rules ARE UPDATE.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Applied Statistics and Data Science
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance
