Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities:-
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Conduct regular field visits to identify and acquire potential customers.
Generate new leads and convert potential prospects into customers.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare monthly sales reports and provide regular feedback to the Supervisor.
Receive customer calls and respond to customer messages/queries promptly.
Follow up with potential and existing customers regularly.
Planning and executing marketing and sales activities of the organization.
Promote the company’s Door-to-Door Import-Export & Shipping Services.
Collect market information and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service.
Perform other marketing and sales-related duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

HSC, Bachelor's/Honors Degree from any recognized University.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 35 years
Required Skills:-
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and sales skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word & MS Excel).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Experience:-
Experience
in Shipping / Freight Forwarding / Import-Export / Door-to-Door Business will be given preference.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply if they have good communication and sales skills.

T/A Mobile Bill 2 Festival Bonuses. Office Hours:- 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM Sometimes additional working hours may be required depending on business needs. Weekly Holiday Friday & All Government Holiday.
