Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented professional for the position of Senior Executive / Manager – Garments Marketing & Business Development.
The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new freight forwarding and logistics business from the Bangladesh Garments/RMG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business from garment factories, buying houses, apparel exporters, and other RMG-related businesses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with garment factories, buying houses, exporters and importers.
• Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through market visits, networking and industry contacts.
• Bring new clients and business accounts to Aquamarine Limited.
• Utilize existing professional networks and industry contacts to generate qualified business leads.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations and regular business visits.
• Understand clients' logistics and shipping requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, proposals, and potential business opportunities.
• Negotiate with prospective clients and assist in closing new business.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and yearly business development and sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the RMG and logistics sectors.
• Maintain proper records of prospects, client meetings, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, International Business
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, International Business

Experience Requirements

6 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Freight forwarding, Garments, Shipping
