Job Description / Responsibility

Anchor Freight Limited is seeking two energetic, proactive Customer Service Executives for our freight forwarding operations in Bangladesh. No prior experience is needed; fresh graduates and masters degree holders are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain professional client relationships, provide shipment updates, and handle bookings.
Coordinate with internal teams, global partners, and manage documentation while resolving queries.
Assist with IGM and general freight forwarding tasks.

Location: Dhaka (Mohakhali New DOHS)

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters
Masters or Graduate degree from a reputed university.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 45 years
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Basic computer literacy, including professional emailing, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Ability to stay calm and customer-focused under pressure.
A strong desire to build a career in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Requirements:
Experience: 0 years (completely freshers welcome).
Strong communication (English/Bengali) and basic computer skills.
