Job Description / Responsibility

- Job Context: The Data Entry Operator plays a vital role in maintaining accurate and efficient data processes. Your responsibilities include entering, managing, and organizing data with precision while contributing to operational success. This position demands strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to team goals and dynamic tasks.
- Job Type: Office-Based
- Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 Days
- Weekend: 1 day (Friday)
- Job Responsibilities:
- Enter, manage, and organize data with high precision and accuracy.
- Maintain database systems and handle regular administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data processes align with operational success.
- Support general office tasks and dynamic digital assignments as required.
Educational Requirements
- HSC (Candidates with relevant experience may receive flexibility).
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Travel Agency, Immigration/Visa Processing
Additional Job Requirements
- Only Male
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting agencies, consulting firms, immigration services, or educational consultancies (Freshers are not encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is mandatory.
- Fast and accurate typing in Bangla (Bijoy) and English (35-40 WPM).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is a bonus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing will be highly valued.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
- Professional communication abilities to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
