Job Description / Responsibility

Receive and process approved manpower requisitions for workers and trainee supervisors from Top Management.
Ensure recruitment and deployment of workers and trainee supervisors in line with the approved manpower budget.
Prepare monthly reports on worker deployment from the Training Center to respective Business Units (BUs) and submit them to Management for review and skill development planning.
Develop and implement annual training plans for Corporate and Plant employees based on identified training needs.
Coordinate monthly and quarterly training schedules with relevant departments to ensure timely communication and effective planning.
Arrange training logistics, materials, documentation, and operational support to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop and implement interactive employee orientation programs aligned with industry best practices.
Coordinate to obtain necessary approvals for training and orientation programs.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 24 to 32 years
Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
