Job Description / Responsibility

Education Consultancy Marketing
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate quality student leads.
Plan, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.
Coordinate with the counseling team to convert leads into student enrollments.
Local E-commerce Marketing
Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow local e-commerce brands.
Conduct product, market, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns for product sales and customer acquisition.
Optimize advertising budgets, creatives, funnels, and conversion rates.
Work with the sales and operations teams to improve sales performance and profitability.
Strategy & Team Leadership
Develop marketing plans, budgets, and campaign performance targets.
Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
Lead creative planning, content strategy, and campaign execution.
Identify new growth opportunities across both business sectors.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 38 years
Practical experience in digital marketing strategy and Meta Ads management.
Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and performance marketing.Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization.
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in education consultancy marketing or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
A proven track record of generating quality leads or profitable sales will be highly valued.
