Job Description / Responsibility

Counsel students and parents on Malaysian universities, courses, entry requirements, tuition fees, scholarships and living costs.
Recommend suitable study options based on each student’s academic background, financial capacity and career goals.
Assess applications and check supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate admission applications, offer letters and student visa documentation with universities and relevant processing teams.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) procedures and individual institutions’ requirements.
Follow up with prospective students professionally and maintain accurate records in AIEC’s CRM.
Communicate with university representatives and support education fairs, seminars and promotional activities.
Work towards agreed enrolment targets while maintaining ethical counselling and service standards.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing, Overseas Companies, University

Additional Job Requirements

Age 24 to 30 years
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Education, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.Previous experience in overseas education counselling, preferably with a focus on Malaysia.Sound knowledge of Malaysian institutions and Foundation, Diploma, Bachelor’s and postgraduate study pathways.Familiarity with admission documentation, English-language requirements and student visa processes.Strong communication skills in Bangla and English, including professional email writing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, online application portals and CRM systems.
