Job Description / Responsibility

Train sales staff to welcome customers proactively, understand their needs, demonstrate products, handle objections, and close sales professionally.
Build service habits, including attentive communication, complaint handling, and customer follow-up.
Train store managers to conduct daily briefings, assign tasks, inspect store conditions, coach employees, and review performance.
Develop simple service and sales standards that staff can apply and managers can check.
Visit stores regularly to demonstrate good practices, observe staff, give feedback, and verify improvement.
Work with market supervisors and store inspection staff to sustain these standards.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Mobile Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 32 years
Only Male
Practical experience managing frontline teams in organized chain retail, hospitality, or another service-focused business.
Demonstrated ability to train and coach sales staff and store managers.
Strong customer service mindset, commercial awareness, and store management skills.
Ability to deliver clear, practical training in Bangla and communicate with management in English.
Willingness to travel regularly and spend substantial time coaching inside stores.
Experience at MINISO or a comparable disciplined retail chain would be relevant. Strong hospitality candidates are also welcome.
