Job Description / Responsibility

Visa and Compliance Officer (Europe)
Join the team at Dreambuzz Education and help students pursue their dreams of studying abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify student visa documents for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and submit applications in accordance with destination-specific requirements.
Coordinate with students and counsellors to ensure timely processing.
Stay updated on relevant visa requirements and procedures.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is mandatory.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 22 years
Hands-on experience in preparing and submitting student visa applications for Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Germany, and other European destinations is essential.
Strong knowledge of visa documentation, application procedures, and compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
