Job Summary
Best Electronics Limited is looking for a dynamic, responsible, and result-oriented individual for the position of Assistant Branch Manager. The selected candidate will assist the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations, achieving sales targets, supervising employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations and retail sales activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch profitability.
Supervise, motivate, and monitor sales executives and other branch staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
Monitor product displays, stock availability, inventory movement, and showroom cleanliness.
Ensure proper documentation of sales, invoices, cash transactions, and other operational records.
Support inventory control and coordinate with the warehouse and relevant departments.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Assist in staff training, performance evaluation, and promotional activities.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Bachelor`s degree from a recognized university.
Candidates with a background in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management will receive preference.

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Additional Job Requirements

2–4 years of experience in retail sales, showroom operations, or a related field.
Experience in electronics, home appliances, or consumer durable products will be an advantage.
Candidates with proven team leadership and sales management skills are encouraged to apply
