Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Location: Dhaka (Corporate Headquarters)

- We are a reputed and diversified group of companies with interests in real estate, e-commerce, apparel, IT, professional training and media. The group is seeking a Visualizer to lead its visual and video content output from our Dhaka headquarters. The organization manages seven subsidiaries, each with its own brand personality and market positioning. We are expanding rapidly and need a creative professional who can turn ideas into compelling visuals, both still and in motion.
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create visual content for all subsidiaries, including brochures, leaflets, social media posts, billboards, banners and event materials.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos, including promotional videos, project walkthroughs, reels, testimonials, event highlights and corporate films.
- Create motion graphics, animated logos, text animations and short-form video ads for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
- Design high-performing ad creatives, both static and video, for Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, working with the marketing team to test and improve them.
- Translate business messages, such as real estate projects and investment offers, into clear visual stories that resonate with target audiences.
- Cover company events, fairs and expos, and produce same-day social media content and post-event highlight videos.
- Maintain brand guidelines for all subsidiaries, keeping every visual and video consistent, premium and on-brand.
- Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI) to speed up production and improve creative quality.
- Organize and maintain a well-structured digital asset library of raw footage, project files, templates and final outputs.
- Coordinate with printers, photographers and external vendors when required.

Additional Job Requirements
- Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing
- A strong portfolio and showreel showing both static design and video work across industries, formats and platforms. Applicants without a portfolio link will not be considered.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
- Video & Motion: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects (CapCut / DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
- Experience with Figma, basic 3D visualization, or drone footage editing is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of print production, file preparation, color correction and audio syncing.
- Ability to plan and shoot basic video content, such as product shots, event coverage and short-form reels.
- Ability to manage multi-brand design and video workflows independently while meeting strict deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail, color theory, typography, storytelling and current social media trends.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
