Job Description / Responsibility
- SS Trading, a sister concern of SS Group, is seeking dynamic and self-motivated professionals to drive stone sales and marketing activities across the Dhaka Division. The role focuses on expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business growth targets.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, government agencies, and EPC contractors to strengthen long-term business partnerships to sell stone.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and drive market penetration strategies for stone sell.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, and collection targets through strategic sales planning and execution.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate sales proposals, tenders, and commercial, residential agreements with prospective clients and large corporate accounts.
- Lead bidding processes for mega public infrastructure projects, including bridges, highways, industrial zones, and large-scale construction developments.
- Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends, raw material supply shifts, pricing movements, and construction sector developments.
- Coordinate closely with Yard/Ghaat supervisor, logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely product supply and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, forecasts, CRM records, and performance analysis for management review.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials, Group of Companies, Shipping, Trading or Export/Import
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At most 45 years
- 3-7 years of experience in stone sales, Handling clients for residential building/ commercial/ construction projects.
- Should have motorbike driving skill with driving license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of the local construction (Stone) market
- Must be self-motivated and result-oriented
