Senior Marketing Manager - Real Estate

Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve the company’s business objectives.
Lead and manage the marketing team and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, property buyers, developers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and generate potential leads for real estate projects.
Conduct regular client meetings, property/project visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and real estate market conditions.
Develop strategies for promoting residential and commercial real estate projects.
Lead negotiations with clients and ensure successful conversion of leads into sales.
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports and present performance updates to senior management.
Mentor, motivate, and evaluate team members to improve overall team performance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing and sales activities.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Masters
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

7 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Experience:
7–10 years of relevant professional experience in Real Estate Marketing/Sales.
Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing/sales team.
Strong track record in achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven mindset.
Ability to develop and maintain strong business networks.
Willingness to conduct regular client and project site visits.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales/marketing reporting.
