Job Description / Responsibility

Company / Organization: Dressmen – 100% Export Oriented Garment Industry
Job Responsibilities
Capable of handling total Exports and Imports with banking services for the entire Group.
Monitor the functional activities as per UCP- 600, ICC rules for international transaction, checking H.S. Code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Export Policy, Insurance etc.
Follow up of all Import & Export related payment issues & liaising with Bank for renewal of sanctions.
Open all kinds of Import L/C i.e. BB, EDF, Cash, Machinery etc. Check all kinds of Sales Contracts, Master L/C & other Raw Materials.
Take care of all Import-Export, Banking, Customs Bond, BGMEA, EPB, Cash Incentive related activities.
Communicating & coordinating with different Buyer and Suppliers.
Maintain strong working relationship with C&F Agent, different Shipping companies, Freight Forwarding & Logistics companies to follow up of shipment status during the Import & Export of different goods & materials.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 6 years

Additional Job Requirements

Experience Requirements: Minimum 6 years in 100% Export oriented Garments manufacturing & exporting Company.
Technical / Professional Requirements
Well versed & Knowledge of International and Local laws regarding Import & Export to & from Bangladesh.
Computer literacy must.
Additional Job Requirements:
Proficiency in English language & good communication skill.
