Job Description / Responsibility

Design, build, and maintain custom Odoo modules, models, views, workflows, wizards, and QWeb reports to meet business requirements.
Analyze functional requirements across key modules (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR) and translate them into technical specs and solutions.
Connect Odoo with third-party software, e-commerce platforms, external APIs, and business systems.
Work with Odoo ORM and PostgreSQL to write efficient queries, maintain data integrity, resolve errors, and execute data migrations.
Manage multi-company settings, user access rights, security groups, and record rules while maintaining data confidentiality.
Diagnose bugs, optimize performance bottlenecks, monitor server reliability, and assist with upgrades and deployments.
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and testing while managing source code and releases using Git and Odoo best practices.
Provide technical and functional support to end users, write documentation/SOPs, and collaborate with internal departments and external partners.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer, Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 40 years
Experience working with Odoo Enterprise and Community editions.
Experience in Odoo versions 16, 17, 18, or 19.
Experience with Odoo.sh or selfhosted Odoo environments.
Familiarity with JavaScript, OWL, HTML, CSS, and website/ecommerce customization.
Experience with manufacturing, inventory management, accounting, or other complex ERP business processes.
Relevant Odoo certifications or a portfolio of completed Odoo modules and implementations will be an advantage.
