Job Description / Responsibility

Assist in preparing audit plans and conducting internal, operational, and compliance audits.
Review loan files, documentation, payment processes, and departmental operations.
Assess compliance with approved policies, procedures, internal controls, and Bangladesh Bank regulations.
Identify control weaknesses, risks, irregularities, and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in preparing audit reports, working papers, and audit observations.
Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
Assist in responding to audit queries and regulatory/inspection observations.
Review and follow up on the timely submission of regulatory reports.
Maintain proper documentation of audit findings, evidence, and follow-up activities.
Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Internal Audit/management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
CA (CC)/Part-qualified CA from a reputed CA firm.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Multinational Companies
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years
Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of Bangladesh Bank regulations and compliance requirements applicable to finance companies.
Knowledge of operational risk and internal control frameworks.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
