Customer Service Executive (HR-Contractual)

Job Description / Responsibility

Provide friendly and responsive customer service.
Respond to all sorts of customer queries.
Coordinate with relevant units including Branches and Divisions for delivering smooth customer service.
Time-bound service delivery.
Proactively identify customer requirements and fulfill them with sincerity and due diligence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the bank's system.
Assist customers with account opening, account maintenance and other banking service requests.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Explain the bank's products and services (deposit, loan, cards, digital banking, etc.) clearly to customers.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC and regulatory requirements while serving customers
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Prepare daily or periodic service reports as required by management.
Can also be assigned in any Division with specific Job Requirement and Job Description.
Job Nature: 6-months’ contract, which is renewable subject to satisfactory performance.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Bachelor's Degree/Graduation or Equivalent Degree from any UGC approved University with no third division in academic records.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 23 to 32 years
CSE is a fresh entrant position, however, having 1 year experience in Bank or relevant field may have preference.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT operations.
High integrity and professional ethics.
Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
