Job Description / Responsibility

Review and assess claim documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
Communicate with clients, policyholders, beneficiaries, and relevant parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims and ensure adherence to policy terms and conditions.
Collaborate with medical professionals, legal advisors, and other experts as needed to evaluate claims appropriately.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to claims processing and providing regular/need-based reports.
Liaise with underwriters and other internal departments to ensure timely and accurate claims settlement.
Maintain good relationship with the Hospitals, Clinics and Diagnostic center.
Any other need-based task assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 35 years
2-5 years’ experience.
Working experience in Life Insurance company is preferable.
Excellent communication & analytical skills.
Team Player & Good time-management skills.
