Job Description / Responsibility

Agency Sales Manager (ASM) oversees branch operations, leads a team, and drives sales performance. They conduct agency meetings to motivate and accelerate sales, manage administrative tasks, and ensure compliance.
Job Responsibility :
Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the area`s market share.
Manage and mentor the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Oversee the operations of the Branch Office.
