Bookkeeper Executive

Job Description / Responsibility

Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and transaction recording
Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts
Payroll entries/adjustments (as applicable)
Maintain and organize financial documents and records
Help prepare financial reports, budgets, and statements as needed
Communicate with clients (From US & Canada ) and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes
Use QuickBooks Online accounting software
Perform general administrative duties as needed

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Financial Consultants

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Qualifications:
Minimum associate degree in accounting preferred
3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures
Proficiency in: a) QuickBooks Online accounting software (ProAdvisor Certification is a plus) b) Microsoft Excel c) Adobe Acrobat Professional
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Good communication and interpersonal skills·
Experience with one or more of the following tools is helpful: a) Slack b) Freshsales c) Google Workspace d) Financial Cents d) Canopy Tax Software
