Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context: A Social Media Executive manages a brand`s day-to-day presence, content creation, and community interactions across digital channels.
- Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar aligned with SSSL business goals.
- Create engaging posts (text, image, short video concepts) for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the graphics and video team to produce high-quality creatives, reels and short-form videos.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and inquiries across all social platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Track, analyze and report on social media KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, leads, cost per lead) and provide actionable insights.
- Support the digital marketing team in SEO-friendly content ideas, landing page copy and email/SMS campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities; recommend new growth opportunities.
- Assist in online reputation management and brand-building initiatives.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university
- Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- 2–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a service-based or B2B environment
- Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok for business purposes.
- Skills & Expertise
- Social Media Management: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.
- Content Creation: Strong copywriting, basic graphic design sense, short video planning.
- Analytics: Meta Business Suite, basic Excel/Sheets for reporting.
- Tools: Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)
- Soft Skills: Communication, creativity, time management, problem-solving and teamwork.
- Additional Requirements
- Age: 25–35 years (flexible for highly skilled candidates)
- Strong understanding of the Bangladeshi digital landscape and audience behavior
- Ability to write clear, persuasive copy in both English and Bengali
- Ability to professionally response in social media chat communication
- Comfortable working closely with sales, digital marketing and design team
- Willingness to occasionally visit client sites or events for content creation (factories, corporate offices etc.)
