Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context: Source Of Agro is an agriculture-focused company working to modernize agriculture in Bangladesh through agricultural machinery, equipment, agricultural products, and related solutions. We are looking for a creative, skilled, and professional Video Editor to produce high-quality video content for our brand, products, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality videos for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging product videos, promotional videos, reels, corporate videos, and marketing content.
- Edit videos related to agricultural machinery, products, customer activities, field operations, and company events.
- Handle video cutting, transitions, color correction, sound design, subtitles, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Create videos with strong storytelling, proper pacing, and brand consistency.
- Develop compelling visual stories highlighting machinery features, product benefits, customer success stories, and company activities.
- Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and visual enhancements to maximize audience engagement.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to develop video concepts and content.
- Produce video advertisements, product demonstrations, training videos, event coverage, and corporate presentations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content and digital communication channels.
- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and final video assets properly.
- Ensure videos are delivered within deadlines and meet professional quality standards.
- Stay updated with current video trends, editing techniques, and social media content formats.
- Support video shooting and provide creative input when required.
Educational Requirements
- Higher Secondary
- Bachelor/Honors
- Relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio may be considered.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Farming, Livestock, Agro based Startup, Advertising Agency, E-commerce, Software Company, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
- Strong understanding of videos storytelling, visual composition, sound design and color correction.
- Good understanding of current social media video trends.
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A professional portfolio/showreel is required.
