Job Description / Responsibility
Identify the customer`s need.
Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
Prepared report weekly & monthly basis.
Introducing & implementing marketing strategies to establish successful marketing platform.
Willing to do work as per management order for sales planning.
Execute daily sales and marketing activities to achieve monthly targets. Ability to work under pressure.
Promote real estate projects and deliver professional project presentations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
BBA/MBA (Major in Marketing). (Running student not allow)
Preferable Experienced in real Estate marketing candidate may be relaxed at academic qualification.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Architect Firm, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Engineering Firms, Interior Design, Real Estate, Lift Company experienced will be added advantage.
Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
Well behavior convincing and positive attitude.
Prepare regular sales reports and ensure proper documentation.
The person/s should be smart and have good convincing capabilities against customer queries.
Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
