Job Description / Responsibility
- Luminous Miracle Agro Ltd.
- Luminous Miracle Agro Ltd. is a social business and selling platform which is expanding its field sales operation and inviting applications from energetic, target-oriented and responsible professionals for its Sales & Marketing team in Gazipur, Tangail, Mymensingh & Jamalpur
- Job Context
- The selected candidates will be responsible for territory-level sales development, dealer/customer activation, market coverage, product promotion and collection follow-up for Luminous Miracle Agro products.
- Job Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly and periodic sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, farmers and customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective territory coverage.
- Generate new customers and reactivate inactive dealers/customers.
- Promote company products through field visits, product demonstrations and customer interactions.
- Generate orders and coordinate with relevant teams for timely delivery.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection discipline.
- Monitor competitor activities, market prices and customer feedback.
- Maintain daily sales, market visit, order and collection reports.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately.
- Participate in dealer meetings, farmer meetings, training and promotional activities.
- Maintain company-provided samples, promotional materials and other assigned assets.
- Follow company policies, sales procedures and ethical standards.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
- Diploma in Agriculture
- Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Degree/background in Agriculture, Business, Marketing or related fields will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Fisheries, Livestock, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Only Male
- 1 to 2 years relevant experience in field sales, FMCG, Agro, Crop Care, Seeds, Fertilizer, Livestock & Fisheries, Distribution or Dealer Management will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Additional Requirements
- Own motorbike & licences must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to work extensively in the field.
- Ability to build relationships with dealers and farmers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Strong local network, thorough demographic knowledge, and existing business familiarity within the designated target districts will be given high preference.
