Job Description / Responsibility

Receive and review Purchase Requisitions (PR) from different departments.
Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and other commercial conditions.
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, machinery, office supplies, and other items.
Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, Production, Quality, Engineering, and other concerned departments.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
Maintain procurement records, supplier quotations, comparative statements, POs, contracts, and related documents.
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all procurement transactions.

Educational Requirements

Masters

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup, Dairy, Farming, Fisheries, Hatchery, Poultry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Male
Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with relevant experience.
