Job Description / Responsibility

Any Kinds of Mockup Approval with Signature (Print, EMBO, Heat Transfer, Snap, Seam Sealing & Pattern) and keep record.
Attend All Kinds of Sample, SMS, Bulk, Pre-Production Meeting with Record.
All Kinds of Sample Check with Measurement, Report. (As Per Ref Sample, Worksheet,) Approval.
In Process & In-Line Inspection with Measurement, Report & Record.
1st Production Review & If Needed 2nd Review with Measurement, Report Record
1st 10 Pcs Check & Measurement, Report with Record.
Check pack pass garment randomly, on AQL from full quantity with Record.
Final Inspection, Measurement with Report & Record.
Prepare Final Inspection report & send to buyer (If needed).
Communicate with upper management if necessary, regarding the findings.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 24 to 32 years
Strong knowledge of garment construction, workmanship, measurements and defect identification.
Good knowledge of AQL, inspection procedures and buyer quality requirements.
Experience in Root Cause Analysis, CAPA and quality improvement.
Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
