Job Description / Responsibility

- Oversee day-to-day office and business operations, and act on behalf of the management when needed
- Identify, approach, and negotiate joint-venture (land share) opportunities with landowners
- Use existing industry experience, contacts, and network to bring in new business and growth opportunities for the company
- Lead the sales team, set targets, and follow up on leads and bookings
- Monitor daily financial transactions, payments, and cheques, and maintain accurate records
- Build and maintain good relationships with landowners, clients, and business partners
- Coordinate with the field officer, the content team, and the sales team
- Report regularly to management on progress, deals, and expenses

Educational Requirements

Graduation preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with strong relevant experience. If you think you will be a good fit for the position and have relevant experience.

Experience Requirements

Real Estate, Land Development / Joint Venture, Operational Management

Additional Job Requirements

Proven experience in real estate sales, land dealing, or JV negotiation
Strong negotiation and communication skills
A good network among landowners, brokers, or developers in Dhaka, to be used to bring in new business
Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Good command of MS Office and basic record keeping
Prior experience as a Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager will be an advantage
