Job Description / Responsibility

Insert customer and account data within time limits by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents.
Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and check output.
Scan documents and print files, when needed.
Keep information confidential.
Apply data program techniques and procedures.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
Accurately input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
conduct regular data quality checks and report discrepancies.
coordinate with team members and departments to gather and clarify data requirements.
IT skills - MS OFFICE (word, excel, ppt, etc.)
Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Diploma

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, BPO/ Data Entry Firm
