Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Accounts & Finance

Job Description / Responsibility

To manage day-to-day accounts and finance operations.
To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, balance sheet and management reports.
To develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts and cash-flow plans.
To ensure timely VAT, Tax and other statutory compliance.
To monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank transactions and general ledger.
To review and control costing, expenses and financial transactions.
To conduct monthly bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
To ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
To coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
To establish and maintain effective internal financial controls.
To analyze financial data and provide management with recommendations for business decisions.
To monitor working capital, cash position and fund requirements.
To ensure compliance with applicable Bangladesh Accounting Standards, tax/VAT laws and company policies.
To perform other finance-related duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Accounting & Information System
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Dairy

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 40 years
Agro Based experience will get preference.
Prepared balance sheet.
