Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain and review daily accounting records, vouchers, ledgers, and financial statements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle bank reconciliation, bank transactions, and banking documentation.
Prepare and verify Letter of Credit (LC)-related accounting and banking documents.
Maintain records of import/export-related banking transactions and LC settlements.
Calculate and monitor bank loans, interest, installments, outstanding balances, and repayment schedules.
Assist with loan documentation, bank statements, and financing-related calculations.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, and company policies.
Support budgeting, financial analysis, audit preparation, and other financerelated activities.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
CPA certification is required / preferred.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Automobile, Chemical Industries, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Inventory/Warehouse, Manufacturing (FMCG), Steel, Tyre manufacturer

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 40 years
3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance preferably in a industrial organization.
Strong practical knowledge of LC, bank finance, loans, interest calculations, and banking operations.
Good knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Candidates with strong practical experience in LC and bank loan management are encouraged to apply.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong Excel and numerical calculation skills. Practical understanding of LC procedures and bank documentation.
Ability to calculate loan interest, installments, outstanding principal, and repayment schedules.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity and attention to detail.
