Job Description / Responsibility

Accounting and Bookkeeping:
Maintaining accurate records of the showroom's daily income, expenses, and cash/bank transactions.
Performing ledger and voucher entries using accounting software or tools (e.g., Tally, Excel, or custom ERP).
Inventory and Stock Reconciliation:
Reconciling stock levels against purchase invoices and sales registers for IT products (laptops, desktops, accessories, etc.).
Conducting regular stock verification and audits.
Billing, VAT, and Tax:
Managing customer invoices, VAT challans, and records related to tax returns or tax deductions at source (TDS) in compliance with government regulations.
Handling the bill payment process for suppliers and vendors.
Financial Reporting:
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly cash closing reports.
Presenting Profit & Loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to management.
Providing necessary information and documentation for internal and external audit.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, E-commerce
