- Job Context
- Labaid Cancer Hospital & Super Speciality Centre Ltd. is looking for a competent, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of Manager – Treasury, Finance & Accounts. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing treasury operations, financial planning, cash flow management, accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance to ensure effective financial management and support the organization's strategic objectives.
- Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, fund allocation, and banking activities.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, fund utilization, and short-term investment planning.
- Maintain effective relationships with banks and financial institutions, including management of FDRs, loans, and other banking facilities.
- Supervise accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
- Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, budgetary control, and variance analysis.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, operating costs, and financial performance, providing recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax, VAT, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
- Establish and strengthen financial policies, internal controls, risk management, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, financial efficiency, and process automation.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance & Accounts team to ensure accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Provide timely financial insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Educational Requirements
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a reputed university.
- MBA in Finance or Accounting will be preferred.
- CA (CC), CMA, ACCA, or other relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.

- 8 to 10 years

Additional Job Requirements
- Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounts, and Treasury.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
- Experience in the healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, or large service-sector industry will be preferred.
- Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of treasury management, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent understanding of accounting standards, taxation, VAT, and regulatory compliance in Bangladesh.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial software, and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability.
