Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the company’s overall finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Lead banking and financing activities, including working capital management, fund arrangements, Letter of Credit (LC), Back-to-Back Letter of Credit (BTB LC), loan documentation, and effective banking relationships.
Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Commercial, Procurement, Production, HR and Management teams to ensure seamless financial planning, operational support, and timely decision-making.
Supervise billing, voucher processing, payment management, cost control, and financial compliance to maintain strong internal controls and operational efficiency.
Ensure timely preparation and analysis of management reports, cash flow forecasts, budgets, financial statements, and other financial performance indicators to support strategic business decisions.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity positions to optimize fund utilization and ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Support and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely submission of required information and resolution of audit observations.
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, tax, accounting, and corporate requirements while maintaining proper financial records and documentation.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management on budgeting, cost optimization, financing, cash management, and overall business performance

Educational Requirements

• MBA in Finance / Accounting will be preferred• CA/ACCA/CMA (Partly or Fully Qualified) will be an advantage

Experience Requirements

At least 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Candidates must have relevant experience in the Garments/RMG industry.
Candidates should have proven Bank Liaison experience, including coordination with banks regarding LC, EDF, bank facilities, fund transfers and other banking-related matters.
Candidates without Garments/RMG experience and Bank Liaison experience are requested not to apply.
