Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and their pets warmly and professionally
Schedule and manage appointments for veterinary and grooming services
Handle phone calls, messages, and client inquiries courteously and efficiently
Maintain accurate client and patient records
Process billing and carry out routine administrative tasks
Coordinate with veterinarians, inventory, and support staff to keep daily operations running smoothly
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles (preferred)
Strong communication skills in Bangla and English
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and scheduling tools
Good organizational and multitasking skills
A calm, patient, and friendly manner, especially around animals
A genuine love for animals

Educational Requirements

HSC
Diploma in Business Studies

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Hospital
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
